Grbec Professional Services is a registered NDIS provider.
We have provided high standards of consultancy support to Government and Non-Government organisations related to the provision of assessment and support to individuals with disabilities and complex needs including dual diagnosis, traumatic life experiences, and forensic issues.
We also specialise in providing highly valued supervision to provisional psychologists, registered psychologists, and NDIS Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioners in accordance with the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Framework.
Nada Grbec is the owner and Director of Grbec Professional Services. She is a registered Psychologist practicing for over 20 years. Nada specialises in the provision of psychology assessment and therapy support to neurodiverse individuals that is tailored to meet individual needs. A range of psychological approaches are utilised including cognitive behaviour therapy, narrative therapy, trauma informed therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy as needed.
Nada is also a Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 20 years of experience providing person-centred positive behaviour support to individuals impacted by behaviours of concern. Nada has extensive experience conducting evidence-based behaviour assessments, interventions, the development of behaviour support plans. The delivery of training to an individual's support network to enhance interventions is a key focus of the service provided.
Nada uses a range of frameworks to support the growth in a person's quality of life including positive behaviour support, bio-psycho-social model, and trauma informed approaches. Each approach is delivered through patience, persistence and empathy.
Linda is a registered Psychologist with the PsyBA and is a NDIS Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner. She has over 20 years of practice experience in the disability sector supporting individuals with behaviours of concern and the strains that this creates for families, carers, and loved ones.
Linda uses a holistic and person-centred approach to Positive Behaviour Support focused on the quality of life of the individual. Linda has extensive experience in Intellectual Disability, Autism, Forensic Disability, and dual diagnostic presentations and specialises in a range of therapeutic modalities that include but are not limited to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interview and Applied Behaviour Analysis.
It is Linda's belief that individuals with a disability have the capacity to flourish with meaning and purpose.
